Angry 1xbet changes fixed odds after I won!

    Hi all,

I placed on Monday 03/14/2017 some single bet and some accumulator bet on horse racing.I hit two horse, the first one at odd 35 and second one at 16.
    Great day for one time...

After that, two day after 1xbet decide to change the odds of the two horses and change my winning amount. Evident odds mistake did they say. In two different races?! In two different track?! What a joke!.

My 35 odd became 10 and 16 became 5, without any notification.
They could even say I bet on te reduce odds but they forget to change the odds in the accumulator...I lost. What can I do? I accept to loose it's part of the game but I can't accept to be stolen. Never, never!

What do you suggest me to do and thank for your help.

Hi clem, did you talked with the support? I had a similar issue with another betting site, and fixed it after a discussion with them.

    Hey clem,

I'm not sure if I did ask you before but just in case - can you send me your ID via PM?
