1xbit Partners - payment issue (RESOLVED)

I think I made a mistake and put the initial post in the private forum. So I'm posting this again here in the public forums.


I worked with this program several years ago when I needed a brand to list on some non USA sites. I sent some players, payments were reliable. Everything was fine.


Then out of the blue they disabled my 2factor authentication. It ended up being a big headache, support was lousy and I said the hell with it.


Finally in 2023, I reached out about getting the 2factor issue resolved. After 5 or 6 back and forths, they finally got me squared away. I was like great, let's get back to business. It had been a while since I dealt with them, and I couldn't remember the process of getting paid. So I asked them how to get my pending commissions transferred over to my player account. They basically replied with oh, btw, we've reduced you down to 10%. So I told them to get fcked.


Then they reach out to me last year asking for traffic again. I told the guy I don't work with programs that hold my commissions hostage. We go back and forth. Finally he convinces me to put them back up and told me when I get up to 3 active players, I can get paid in full, new commissions plus pending balance.


To make a long story short, I put them up again. Sent them almost 100 new players in 2024 and finally got back up to 3 active players. Then all the sudden they go MIA. Peter, my affiliate manager is completely ignoring me on skype and no where to be found. Same with their support email. I sent at least 5 emails and didn't get a single response.


So finally after a month goes by and I can't get any kind of response from them, I basically told them to get fcked again and kick rocks.


So 1xbit partners are basically a bunch of blatant liars and crooks with zero integrity and I would caution anyone considering doing business with them to reconsider.


BTW they owe me over 2 btc right now. Not exactly chump change. But despite sending those players in good faith, I'm not going to beg them for the money. If they want to be lowlife crooks, so be it. But I will go out of my way to make sure both players and affiliates alike are aware of how these crooks roll.
