    Hi Rick,

As an affiliate, if you are not based in the US, but have sites which may target the US and other regions, you can receive affiliate payouts. Unfortunately, NETELLER is unable to service US residents, so if you reside in the US you cannot open a NETELLER account at this time. Regrets for any inconvenience this may cause you.

And that means that an affiliate that LIVES in the UNITED STATES will NOT be paid!

And you guys keep recruiting us affiliates and do not tell them that, until after they ask.

I wish I could promote your program, and I really miss using the card, but let's be honest with the affiliates.

I wish you would have a disclaimer that explains this.

    Hi again,

In order to be a NETELLER Affiliate, you first need to open a NETELLER member account (to collect any commissions you would generate). When you go in to sign up for a member account, you will see that when you try to select USA as your country of residence, a pop up appears which explains that NETELLER is unable to service the United States.

I appreciate and thank you for your feedback, and will suggest that we incorporate this in to our Terms and Conditions.

Rick, I tried testing this a moment ago by attempting to register. I was blocked from completing the registration process. I'd agree that if it was possible to sign up, then that would need to be changed, but based on my test a moment ago it looks like Jen's comment is accurate that you need to enter a customer Neteller account during the affiliate sign-up. I want to make sure that Jen can take your feedback and use it to avoid any affiliate confusion.

Based on being prevented from signing up during my test, I'm not sure what the comments about recruiting U.S. affiliates were based on. Did U.S.-based affiliates used to be able to complete the sign-up process?

    Hi all,

This is interesting to me because NETELLER stopped servicing US clients in early 2007, and the NETELLER affiliate program began in 2008/2009.

Are there anythings US affiliates can do to promote Neteller like have an address in Europe?
