Considering the facts that both technology evolution/growth and population could be the major factor of this statistics, I'm pretty sure that this will go more in the next 5 years.

absolutely. if you look at fully developed countries like the USA and Japan, you see internet adoption around 75% of their population. In the big giant developing countries of India and China, your looking at only 4-19%!

So you can expect that as China and India continue their economic development, they will see net adoption rates fall closer in line with more developed countries. future looks good
