I was just looking through my 32red stats for the past couple of months and I can't help but feel something's not quite right.
I get maybe ~10 registrations a month, most of (but not all) are claiming the bingo NDB. To withdraw the NDB the players have to make a deposit.
In march (for example) I had one depositing player that produced a net revenue around of £37, however the NDB players reduced this revenue to £12. Thing is, according to the stats they did not deposit, therefore they could not have withdrawn the bonus/any winnings and it's just sitting in the account and being counted against the actual revenue of the account.
Is this right? Do the bonuses/winnings expire or will I end up with hundreds of accounts with ~£10 in them that the players aren't playing or withdrawing that are counteracting the true revenue of the account. Doesn't seem quite right. I know other places (sky etc...) do not count the NDB's against your balance unless they deposit/withdraw.
If these accounts do expire, are the negatives for the account re-credited to the affiliate account? Otherwise it looks a bit fishy. Obviously if the players are withdrawing and this is a real cost to 32red then I have no objections and am happy for this to be a marketing cost, but if it isn't costing 32red (ie: they aren't withdrawing) then why should it cost me?
Thoughts?
