    Default 32vegas Scam - RESOLVED

Any suggestions on what I should do next?
I have posted the story here.
Thought it would be easier to read it as written rather than trying to retype it all here.
32vegas will not answer my emails despite saying they would have a manager look into it nearly 3 days ago.

I would need more details than that. Emails including headers to start with. They provided you a link to the terms, but on that page I never saw anything about 12 or 20 times......

I did read on there somewhere that bonus deposit play-trough requirements are 99 times the bonus.....

I will glady provide all emails. Would you prefer them posted here or sent directly to you.
The 12x playthrough is right on the middle of the page where it says Usd European general deposit bonus terms and conditions.
I have since received an email from them telling me they have reviewed the account and to withdraw the money.
I put in the withdrawal request and then they declined it saying I hadn't met playthrough requirements.

Something sounds fishy here. Seems like they keep giving you the run around. Have you tried calling customer support instead of emailing?

    Default Thanks Cpay

After getting the run around for so long Adi from Cpays became involved and they finally paid. Didn't even have to wait the usual four days .
Thanks Adi, but why is it necessary to go to this much trouble to get something fixed?

32Vegas. Pure rip off, of the 32red brand. No doubt trying to ride on 32Red's good name.

Sure wouldn't like to be one of the guys behind 32Vegas once Ed and team have got through with them.

Default Warning! >> CPays = No Pays << Warning!

CPays.com did not pay me $262.57 for May and $540.56 for June 2006. Creating delays and cultivating confussions in my Wire Transfer.

My emails and grievances to affiliate manager in Cpays named Adi adi@cpays.com was fruitless, giving evasive and incomplete answers answers to payment and banking issues.

Adi emailed that payments are handled by finance department, shifting responsibility on others, but he refused even to give nme email to this department.

I would not recommend Cpays com to any webmaster. Please advice me what I should do?
