$50 To Teach Me How To Do RSS Feed

I really dummy up when it comes to rss, so I am looking for someone to spend about an hour with me and teach me how to set up a simple rss feed on my website. I would also need a short tutorial written for me that I can refer back to when I want to set another feed up. If your interested I am paying $50 via paypal, just shoot me a pm.

Are you using some kind of content management thing like wordpress or such? It's pretty rare for anyone to manually create an rss feed on your own anymore.

From my recollection I really didn't think this was not that involved, but I really don't understand rss stuff at all. All my rss feeds were working correctly up until I changed servers a couple days ago, so I figured I would just start new and learn the right way to do it.

http://www.thepokergrind.com/pokernews.php doesn't work anymore and I had a feed on the bottom homepage that just displayed like 5 news stories from google or something. I took the code out from the homepage because all of the sudden it starting messing up my design.

But I remember when I set this feed up a year or so ago it was very easy to do and simple.

I am not looking to syndicate my own content, just have a feed of the latest poker news stories which I thought was easy to do. I want to do a genuine feed so google can see the content instead of a javascript feed from a pokernews kind of site.
