5dimes.com - too much spam

I joined up with 5dimes.com (a naff sports betting site) years ago, back when they accepted e-gold as a payment method as I wanted to promote them. I never made any wonga outta them (wasn't surprised) and I've been trying a few times since to get off their goddam mailing list.

Every mail sent my 5dimes.com includes an 'unsubscribe' link which is merely an e-mail link to promotions@5dimes.com - trying to unsubscribe this way does not work. I've tried it THREE times now. Doesn't work.

I have also directly e-mailed 5dimes.com via their contact info numerous times. They never unsubscribe me and they never reply.

Any ideas who the host is? Anyone else who I report this to?

PLUS we added them and reviewed their brands and then were told we need to provide personal ID number to get paid. Excessive requirements that are not required anywhere else, and so we will not work with them and recommend you don't either.
