About LinkBacksOK so I don't usually get freaked out over little things but about 10 minutes ago I missed a phone call and when I looked at my caller ID it only shows "666" and that's it. I *69 it and it says caller is unknown and Bell Canada has no idea where it could come from. In fact they say that is impossible. I looked on Google and found nothing either. Any ideas? I'm kinda freaking out.

Email server software should NEVER have been set up to allow spoofed senders and phone software should NEVER had been set up to allow spoofed callers.
There is absolutely no way to find this out after-the-fact.
Possibly with a court order packet sniffers could be installed at the provider level and then maybe...but that is how it is...
In fact there are services out there (some free) where you can call a number and spoof the number called from easily....

I remember when i was kid and mobile phones become popular, we used to call a number something like 0777 666 666, and the guy always had his voice mail saying something like "this is devil, ........" and all this weird stuff. But soon his mailbox became full....
