88Goals Affiliates - Closed?

Does anyone know if 88Goals Affiliates is closed? Links to the program, even from the player site, are down. Strangely the sub-aff link is now redirecting to the player site.

Sounds intentional, with a redirect variable for anything to the tracking domain to be forwarded to the player site grabbing what traffic they can possibly with zero notification to affiliates.
