About LinkBacksFor sale and would make a good "starter site"
Great domain name which we had sold for $600 but turned out to be a complete time waster and we waited for him to "get his money". So intsead we build a small site and added a bit of content to get started.
Nice clean design, some content, good domain.
Assume no traffic although it does rank for a few terms.
First $1000 buys it.

Seems a fair offer. its quite nice design and basic content. about 30 pages in Google, some links, some rankings.
It saves time and money if you want to start in the bingo niche.
