Default About affiliation in the USA

    Hi guys
How can I, living in Brazil, obtain a license to work in the North American affiliate market?

Are you talking about affiliate side? I assume that yes.

There is no license in the UK.
In the USA it differs state by state, in Canada it is going that way as well (You can still promote offshore bookies without a licence)

This is the most informative-looking page I'm aware of around this general topic. Site is (or at least was, the last I knew) owned by a member here.

Scroll down for state by state guides.

I heavily doubt if there's anything better elsewhere, but it's possible.

Yes, I'm talking about affiliate side.

So, can I promote casinos in the UK without a license? That's good

Yes, you can promote without licence in the UK. All the sound names will gladly take your traffic. They will steal your players, but that is not important.

Even in the USA and in Brazil you can promote casinos without a licence and the situation there is better because there are at least some programs that will still pay you. You will not make any significant money by promoting so called official bookies endorsed by mafia called "state".

It means that you should really read this forum for example.

Just guessing from your few posts, you imagine the affiliate world as something else than it is. You are overcomplicating things with licenses. Jeitinho brasileiro - surprise, suprise - is not limited only to Brasil, but it works everywhere.

On the other hand you - along with all newbies - completely omit seeing the fuckups that are happening and which mean that going to street to do jogo do bicho is more lucrative than trying to beat the dead horse of gambling affiliation. Especially when you do not know anything even when you are registered here for 8 years.
