This is shortsighted for many many reasons.

If visitors already have an account at the single property, you have nothing to offer them.
If the single operator goes rogue or has some other issue, you have nothing to offer visitors.

I recommend strategy 2. There were some sites in my area that achieved results with strategy 1, but they were in the past and all were short lived.

I also think thay strategy 2 is kinda good. It will kinda give some choice to visitors, but if we talk about strateg y1 - than it can descrive casino overall and the process and winnings as well

If I had to choose (though it seems like quite a simplified question), I would lean towards option number two. However, rather than merely describing the casinos, I would try to include them in a way that makes sense to the visitors and differentiates my site from others.

Depends on what you are looking to do and how much effort you are willing to put in.

If you identified a brand where option number 1 appears to be easily achievable, i.e. you are confident in the brand, you have a reliable strategy to make sure you actually get visitors to that website and you can create it is a reasonable short timeframe - go for it, it won't hurt.

Once you have that website, let it sit and start working on #2.

However, if everything doesn't line up perfectly for #1, there's likely no reason to be spending time on that.

Just saying that the two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.
