"ShortKeys is a Windows text replacement utility designed to help you type faster and more accurately. Create abbreviations (shortkeys) for longer words and phrases – which will save you time and ultimately money."

I use it to store usernames, email addresses, passwords, signatures, names, street addresses, zip codes, urls, phone numbers, long bits of re-used text. Tip: assign the tilda as your prefix key, so that, for example, `m might be replaced with your mobile number, `f might be your first name, `l might be your last name, `a might be your street address, etc.

There may be other vendors that offer a free version of similar software.
