Account Report

Clicking though to the account report on a couple of brands running on IA today I notice that I can't see the detail down to an individual user level any longer, should I be looking somewhere else for that detail now does anybody know? Had a flick through and nothing obvious I can see...

Was just noticing the same thing. It appears to me that Income Access rolled out an update of some sort.

Bloody hope not, it's one of IA's best features.

Which program was this though? I just checked a small handful (cora, sky, betvictor) and all still have the account report.

Looks like it's back to normal now, I spotted it on Bet Fred initially and another one which could have been Coral or Stan James. No matter, all sorted it would seem.

Sorted now. Yesterday, it was all sites that use IA that we work with.
