    Lightbulb Account under review

    Hello to all viewers of this topic..
    I logged into my account after new year, I wanted to generate a bill and request for the payment, but i got message " account under review cannot process the payment".
    I wrote already on accounts email, but I would like to ask if someone has experience with this what can I expect now .

    account closure, or payment holding, or it is just normal happening?

    Have you met the initial five depositing players quota for a new affiliate?

    Yes i had 5 depositng players. I am looking forward their response after weekend.

    It's normal if it's your first time requesting a payment - they will check your players and verify everything is ok.

    Unless you did something i.e. referred family members / bonus abusers / arbers then there should be no issue.
