I know the name is not very popular around here but is anyone else having stats problems this month with clicks disappearing?

Yeah, I completely lost stats for non-Betfred brands in the backend. I queried it was told "there was a IA update the other week, some things have changed in the system.... They’re currently working on some of the stats to ensure all the data is correct but some things may be slightly skewed until it’s all sorted"

They sent an email out earlier in the month saying they were having issues, which has also delayed payment. Just FYI.

Yeh they do seem to have more than their fair share of stats issues.
