    Default Adriches Move

    Hi Everyone,

    An important announcement from Adriches.

Effective as of the 24th of April, the following changes will occur :

    * CasinoProfitShare has purchased Nostalgia Casino, its players and affiliates from the Adriches Program.
    * Phoenician Casino and the Adriches affiliate program has been purchased by CasinoRewards.

These are strategic acquisitions by the involved parties in ensuring the future success of the casinos and the development of their related affiliate programs.

The final day for Adriches, and Adriches affiliate payments will be on the 24th of April. During this period we ask affiliates to please be patient while we migrate the casino and their players across to the new casino programs.

Please be assured all affiliate commissions past, present and future will be honoured by all parties.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Rakesh,
    Thanks for posting that here.

What does this mean as far as the Instant Cashouts for players mean?

I know his answer on this question from another forum:
"Features such as Instant Payments will not come across to Casino Rewards".

It actually does nto matter though as Casino Rewards is not to be trusted anyways and I am sure that more and more are going to get aware of this in the future. After all the word of mouth is still what it has always been.

Excuse me Schankwart but why are Casino Rewards not to be trusted?

Based on my exposure to them over the last 4 years I have not a single complaint from any refered player. In fact, across my own friends circle (quite a big one), not a single one does not promote the Casino Rewards entities with total confidence.

The reason why I ask about the trust issue is that, as a webmaster, I have one valuable tool too measure these casinos and that is retention. The Casino Rewards entities enjoy high level player retention. This indicates player contentment? After all, if the player was unhappy they would leave?

    Casino Rewards....

Other than my own issue that I have been dealing with for more than a year already, they are under -constant- bashing at Casino Meister and Winner Online.
I usually do not like to point to threads in different forums but to cover the whole ranting here, my day would be gone pretty soon.

For those interested in the Casino Rewards nightmare I would recommend to read the following two threads. The first one has been ongoing for quite a while now and the second one was created by me a few weeks ago and is dealing with the non-payment of my withdrawal.

It is truly frustrating to see a Casino going there where I have been a VIP ever since they were an RTG.

The only complaints I've seen about Casino Rewards are from the Bonus Whores, whose only goal is to make money off the bonus and leave.

Let's be honest Schankwart, we get on well. So I feel fairly comfortable saying this. You play hard and you do play to the rules. The edge is fine though and sometimes you are going to get into a scrap. Just take a look at the number of complaints you lodge versus those I lodge. For the record, I play exclusively at Zodiac Casino. Have done so for about 2 years now. My first experience with them resulted in an e-mail to support and to the affiliate program commending them on the brilliant service I got. Believe me, they had no clue I was a webmaster when I played. I played a 3 reel slot (can't remember which one) and hit a decent payout. They made me feel quite special.

Truly, honestly, I cannot but highly recommend them as a player.

As an honorable webmonster, I must admit that their longevity makes it hard to find a player who hasn't already got an account with them. Hits to conversions are a bit lower than with other properties. They are also not given to outrageous bonus offers (the 400% type) so that does not serve as a major motivation to play neither. When you DO pick up a player, the Rewards properties are seriously capable of keeping them happy. As I stated in my original post, their player retention is excellent and this can only be attributed to player contentment. These players were not bought with outrageous bonuses, they simply joined to play at a casino and were happy with what they found.

    Regarding Player Complaints.

I have seen complaints about Fortune Lounge properties, Jackpot Factory properties, Casino Rewards properties, and yes, even Belle Rock properties. In all cases these entities have ABOVE average player retention. Again, player retention HAS TO EQUAL player contentment.

    My Question then.

Why is it that a handful of players are always at the receiving end of so called bad treatment by Rogue Casinos when these casinos are showing WAY better player retention than most other properties?

I have to add my voice to this one, too. As a player, I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service & experiences at Casino Rewards casinos, and I've played at all of them. Their live & email customer support is excellent, and they pay out within 12-48 hours, depending on what time of day you cash out. I also have never had a complaint from any player I've referred there, in 5+ years of promoting them.

I'm also sad to see Phoenician losing its instant cashouts, tho. I wonder why it is that Phoenician, as good as it is to players, gets passed around so much.

PS - Thanks for answering my question, tho, Schwankart.

I have also played at most of the casino rewards casinos and never ever been treated bad. I won $8000 the first time I played at BJB and received payment after a few days, I belive I did have to do a faxback but little work for the nice treatment I received.
Sad to see phoenician go away from instant payments, my Platinum VIP will also dissapear, thankfully casino profit share casinos have instant payments

No... Let me just assume -my own- problem with them was not there...

There poped up at very, very least a couple dozen players in those threads who bitched about rude, unfair and evil treatment by Casino Rewards as well and most of them are so upset that they will never even come back to this group.
The number of complaints about Casino Rewards by various players is simply -outstanding- and has got to have its valid reasons.
No other Microgaming group (but perhaps the losers at Grand Prive) is currently getting even close the amount of bad reputation.
By far I have not seen this number anywhere else......

I have been playing at pretty much any Microgaming Casino out there and never experienced anything like the ignorance at Lucky Emperor!
I have in fact given their group quite a sum of non-bonus play before this occured and they would not have even the slightest reason to treat me like that! In fact my pending withdrawal from over a year ago resulted of non-bonus play but they claim that "there would have been a bonus involved".....
Basically they are retroactively applying wagering requirements for my previously lost bonuses, which is not manifested ANYWHERE in their own terms!

Casino Rewards are randomly applying non-existing rules to their customers and do not even care to try to at least build a good reputation with their loyal players, as soon as there is need for it. They could have kept me as a player with -big- deposits but chose to do what is unright and nasty.

I am currently going through a couple instances again in order to get my funds.
While I of course believe the opinions of the posters here, I am hoping that you guys are as well going to take the stuff seriously that is posted about them out there.
It is not my opinion but the voice of two of the biggest Casino-player forums out there.

I will keep trying to get my funds from them.

I will see what I can do to help out. As I say, I have found them to be everything that you say they are not. I obviously deal with different people LOL

No doubt, every organisation will have its very own horror working from within. It's simply not possible to employ perfect people all of the time. I have seen how Micro's, Playtech's, and RTG's work. Micro'g employ by far the biggest staff compliment and have things like a "Retention Team" and so on.

There must be a way to resolve this. Don't you want to post a very brief summary in the Players forum and I will take it from there. Be totally factual and leave all opinion out of it for now. That way we all start from base one.

Truly, as Cindy and Paul have said, we truly have received exemplory treatment and obviously deal with different people. Let's see what can be done.

Okay Brian, I will post my original Lucky Emperor complaint in the players forum to see if they got the guts to deal with this issue here, eventually. Thanks for the offer.
It certainly will not hurt if more and more players are going to get aware of this situation.

I guess, everyone has good and bad expereinces with casinos. Im just happy I didnt have such major issues with Phoenician and Nostalgia Casino under my tenure.

Anyhow guys, just letting you know...

    Hi Everyone,

A follow up to my initial email announcing Adriches change in management. As you are aware, Adriches and Phoenician Casino are now part of the CasinoRewards group. Nostalgia Casino has a new home, and will join CasinoProfitShare under the Casino Action Group of casinos. These changes become effective as of the 24th of April. The migration period of affiliate accounts, and player accounts will occur between the 24th and 26th of April.

    What does this all mean?
On the 24th of April, if you have sent at least one player to Nostalgia, your affiliate account and players will be migrated to CasinoProfitShare . If you have sent at least one player to PhoenicianCasino, your affiliate account and players will be migrated to CasinoRewards. You will continue to earn revenue from the players you have sent through Adriches. The final payment by Adriches will be completed 7-days after the migration period.

    Where's Rakesh?
As of the 24th of April I will no longer be receiving or supporting Adriches.com emails, and can be reached at rakesh@CasinoProfitShare.com. My MSN address will also now be rakesh@CasinoProfitShare.com.

    Where to check stats
After the 24th of April, if you have sent at least a player to Phoenician Casino, you will need to check your Phoenician Casino stats through the Casino Rewards Program, and your Nostalgia stats through CasinoProfitShare . After Adriches final affiliate payment, all future affiliate payments will become the responsibility of the affiliate programs to where the casinos are being migrated too.

    Feature Changes
Features such as Instant Payments, Competitions, and Promotions that belong to the Casino Action group, will remain exclusive to the Casino Action group of casinos. Instant Player Payments, Casino Action Group competitions and promotions on Phoenician Casino will no be available from the 24th of April

The above changes and implementations will commence during the migration period, 24th - 26th of April, some things may seem out of place, but rest assured that by the end of the migration period, 26th April, any issues if any should be ironed out.

    Any questions?
    Please direct all queries regarding

Adriches and the Phoenician Casino to Ryan : ryan@casinorewards.com,

and all Nostalgia Casino queries to myself at rakesh@CasinoProfitShare.com.

It will become the responsibility of the programs that are taking the casinos, to contact affiliates and provide those affiliates with the relevant contact / login details.

It's been fun under Adriches, and I'll see you on the other side

    Kind regards,

    Rakesh Karan

Do we need to change our links over to the 2 new systems at CasinoRewards & CasinoProfitshare.

    ----------------------------------------------------

You will need to change your Nostalgia links over to the new links provided by CasinoProfitShare.

If you are an affiliate of AztecRichesCasino and AztecRichesPoker, CasinoProfitShare will swap your links and banners out so that the adserver will automatically now serve Nostalgia and Music Hall banners.

This is so that CasinoProfitShare affiliates do not face any "down time" with broken banners and broken urls.

As for Phoenician, this is one question you would need to direct to Ryan at CasinoRewards.

    Cheers
    Rakesh
