Advertise on the site - good or bad?

I have a couple of casino sites since a couple years an every now and then I get a requests from other site owner or companies that they want to advertise on my sites. I have never gone any further so far. Assume it can't harm me but is it worth it? Is there any standard tariff to follow? Other things to have mind? Or is it just waste of time.

It depends from the traffic of your websites. How we usually do is see how much we earn from this banner if we would place our partner casino banner for example, and then we add about 10% to the price and if people want to place ad banners, we go for it.

You can't harm your website, just be sure you are not advertising some scam or black-listed casino.

Personally, I delete all such link buying requests. For me, it's far more profitable to promote gambling properties via the rev share model than to create competition for myself for the sake of a few dollars per month. Imagine a $30 per month ad directing a potential high roller to a competing website.

In beginning or early stadium of a website it ca be a good idea to setup one or two add spots with CPA deals to get some "developing money" in your pocket. But not sure if you can get same money from flat deals.

Always beware though that if visitors see everywhere on your site they will leave. If this happens your bounce rate will increase meaning you will lose ranking.
