Hello, I would like to get in the online casino business, but I have no idea what is legal and what is not.

I live in the United States and would like to set up a site where surfers can go and get links to all types of casino's and betting places, of course the links would have my referrer code on them so I can make the commissions from the casino affiliates. Can I do this with? I s this allowed in the US?

Also is their a place where basically their are set rules and regulations about online gaming?

At the moment, it's not illegal to advertise online casinos in the US, per se; however, that could change if the anti-gambling propositions get thru Congress. We're not *expecting* that to happen (they try it every year) but the possibility exists.
