Default Advice for general layout of website and other questions.

New casino affiliate. A lot of good info here. Having a website built.

Any advice for the general layout of the website?
-I see a lot of sites with the logo left top and then a line of hover drop down menu's. Then below the review plugin links, casinos or sportsbooks.

Are the drop down menu's just based on individual preference or is there a method?
-Do you change this layout depending on who clicks where?

If everyone knows that people love free stuff and free sports picks why aren't those jammed up top?
-Sports picks for betting and casino bonuses.
What I mean is how do you integrate that into your site without using the word "Free"?
Or am I wrong here? I'll take all the advice I can get.

It seems the best layout for the home page would be:
    logo and drop down menu's
#1 through #5 best casinos or sportsbooks
Bonuses and/or the daily sports pick. Maybe odds?
    Free games and/or strategy
    News

Why isn't more video used for marketing?
-How to's. (How to sign up for X casino on their mobile app)
(How to lay down a prop bet on X vs Y NFL team at casino Z)

Are the majority of people using their mobile phone to view your site?
-Are they then gambling from their mobiles?

    Thank you in advance.

Edit: Added the question about "Free".

Should be driven by personal preference mostly.

Driving traffic using the word "FREE" means you will get people looking strictly for free, and less willing to deposit. Free players that do not deposit will not make you or your affiliates partners any revenue.

Good point. I have read here and other places don't use the word "Free" anywhere on your site.

What I meant was people probably come back for free sports picks or bonus spins so how do you integrate that into your site?

I believe that there is much more people using their mobile phone to access the sites than before. But still playing on a PC is still better if you ask me.
