Guard Dog's Reflections on the Impact for Affiliates: This is just a confusing remove. Does this say that if you act in good faith now, they can still enforce something? Does it mean they no longer have the intention to create a successful and long term partnership? :) Very amusing removal.

The Purpose of this Agreement is to regulate our relationship with you and to protect us in the event of any purposeful and deliberate misbehaviour by our Affiliates. The appropriate disciplinary provisions of this Agreement are only exercised on those rare occasions when Affiliates have acted inappropriately and in breach of the Agreement. Provided you act in good faith there should be no need for us to exercise any of the disciplinary provisions contained herein. Any changes to this Agreement will be communicated to you in accordance with Clause 1.3 below. Changes to the Agreement are generally made in line with regulatory developments or if the nature of the industry landscape changes. Our intention is to create a successful and long-term relationship with our Affiliates and to ensure they are paid promptly and correctly.
