Even though i don't live in the US, I'm concerned just as much as the affiliates who do live in the US as this new law may have the same impact on my income as it will affect any other affiliate. No affiliate can avoid the impact of such law when enforced.. Regardless of his whereabouts.. 30 million people are far from being a minority.
In the meantime.. I guess i better fill that application form.
