    Default affeurope.com refusing to pay

    Hi all,

I had an account with affeurope.com and they seem to have changed affiliate managers. I sent them a player form my highroller list (we ahve telephone contact with these players) to evaluate the site and overall experience. I had switched my payment method to neteller on the day of the deposit of my player which was in the mid of past month. The new affiliate manager wrote me the following :

    HI Alex,

Indeed that mail was meant for someone else, sorry.

I see you set up your account to receive a wire transfer which are only made over $200.

I would love for you to earn A LOT more money with us as my other affiliates do,

Lets chat via skype and see how we can kick it up a notch

    Best

    Nir

and after some back and forth where I threatened to have the player colse his account as we are refused payment I got thiis reply
    Hi Alex,

Thank you for bringing this test player to our attention.

So I would like to start off explaining what a test player is.
Itís a player, normally the affiliate, who signs up under his own name.
Deposits 20 - 50 Euro and makes sure everything is working correctly, tracking etc?

Your player is far from a test player.
This player depoisted 3 times in one day 200 GBP each time and played only one game hoping to hit it big. Player also played without bonuses (weird way to test the casino if you are excluding yourself from the promotions)
You also mentioned you have contacted the player to stop playing here. Which means you know the player and have some sort of control over him.

This might insinuate paid players. Therefore I would like to refer you to the following terms in the affeurope T&C:

    Good Faith
You will not benefit from known or suspected traffic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes us damage. We reserve the right to retain all amounts due to you under this Agreement if we have reasonable cause to believe that such traffic has been caused with your knowledge. Even if you have not knowingly generated such traffic, we reserve the right to withhold Advertising Revenue with respect to such traffic.
No Rake Backs or other incentives to Players
You may not at any time make rake-back payments or other form of payment or financial incentive to your Players. You will also not advertise or be engaged with any site that offers rake-backs. We reserve the right to withhold any amounts due to you if we believe you were involved in any rake-back activity.

As of now we would like to terminate our agreement with you. You will not be paid for any player, deposit, wins or losses. As per the payment due to you for this "suspect" player, we will let you know once the player finishes playing with us as he currently has money in his balance.
Once his balance is cleared we will decide if and how we will pay for it

    Hi all,

the above issue was a misunderstanding and has been resolved, I must congratulate affeurope's immmediate interest in the matter and wish to resolve it. All is well and thankfully there are still brands out there that care of their affiliates and operate honestly. Thank you Affeurope!!!!

Hi lotsO allow me to elborate as I dont want to make this a long thread when it doesnt need to be. Anthony can tell you I am a guy who likes to say it as it is, as I once was on operations side of casino. So what happened was when I spoke with them and said I sent a test player, my player had deposited over 200, which was interpreteded correctly by them as way beyond the scope of test player so hence the terms and conditions. They called me and explained what had happened and I explained what was done on my end and that was it. Nothing smelly about it. I am available for any further clarification if you need it.
    Regards,
    Alex
