I don't like these changes at all.

I don't like being forced into promote a casino

If a casino don't treat the players right, or if they can't convert the trafic.

Then I want the option to promote another casino - I want to be able to do that without kissing goodbuy to the promiced revenue share for the life of the player.

These terms are not acceptable and very predatory for sure.

I missed the change until now and i dont like the changes.

I promote them until now and i make good money with them.
Not sure what to do now, definitly they will never get bigger traffic from me again.
And i definitly consider to pull them out of my sites.

Affiliate programs are using "life of the program" as a "come-on" as there is NO CONTRACT if it is not enforceable. Looks like a duck, walks like a duck... must be a duck!

I agree, it is becoming a trend... use affiliates then toss them to save money. Reminds me of the last recession, everyone except the smart companies cut back on sales avenues while the smart ones increased their sales efforts to gain market share. I for one will be reviewing all sites and cutting back as well to ANY site that SMELLS of cutbacks or T&C changes. Having 5-10 programs that pay is better than 100 that do not.

We will not be changing our T&Cs back - we learned our lesson and we are committed to making our affiliates feel comfortable.

The changes never affected one affiliate in reality and we intend to keep it that way

Chris is right.... He worked VERY hard to get the problem terms changed to an affiliate-friendly status. This just happens to be an old thread returned from the dead
