Yeah they just suspended our account with no warning - no email - no contact. They seemingly are going to get nailed with a massive fine it appears for their black Turkish business and now are recouping shareholder money via the people that make them money. Entain are like the black plague

It is their business model. They call it a "synergy". I have no idea whether it serves to owners, but for sure it is great for management. I would be much more happy to be robbed by the original owner, who simply sold it too cheaply, because he was a honest person and did not know about the possible synergy.

I am going out of affiliate business since the first bitcoin jump. But I am pissed off for two things:
1. Less money for my hard working employees (or I will have to fire them sooner).
2. The situation of business generally, where the thievery simply pays off which forces anyone including me to play more dirty just to stay competitive

I am starting to think that there is something weird and unseen with them.

SIA should be blacklisted everywhere. Everything that buys Entain must be blacklisted immediately. I have told to unnamed original AM from SIA that this will happen about 18 months ago when Entain bought them. He did not know what they are doing and he seemed to be surprised. He did not believe me about what will happen. The scenario repeated as clockwork.

I was even trying to connect him with another honest employee of one growing sportsbook network to save his face. At this point I already did not care for my money. I wanted to save his face, because he seemed like a honest person for over a decade. But no. Now he will lose his own name. Dealing with those crooks is like doing a business inside of sewage system. Everyone is dirty of ****. We eat the ****. And Entain itself is the pile of ****.

SportsInteraction accepted my affiliate application last year. I was looking to promote their brand to my Canadian email subscribers. I have a moderate-sized mailing list (just over 2000 subscribers).

They disabled my account without any warning and didn't answer my emails asking for an explanation.

This seems to be the problem of many partners, that they wait for payments for a very long time, and in fact the losses are increased because the company that cheats and does not pay for example 6 months will not pay for another 6.

It is a coincidence of situations.

First of all those money although generally big, are not something too relevant for me. I am bleeding from all sides and I have much more problems in my life. I am also not having that many employees, so also they solve the priorities. (With employees currently it is a lose-lose, because you find either some millennial snowflakes, that cause more harm than good, and you just lose incredible amount of time to explain how they have to work; or you are lucky and you find with incredible effort a good employee and then you have a fear how you can feed him, when lifetime RS is not lifetime and whole industry goes to hell. So I am intentionally understaffed and I am hiring rather construction workers where the problem is the same, but at least buildings should be more stable than RS.).

SIA was always a brand that I trusted and the AM who assured me that they are independent on Entain was pushing the problem on non-priority. I often cash out commissions when they reach 6 figures, because of the trade off between time and money. I also do not want to work with programs that will make troubles to pay 6 figures or less. If they can not do that then they will not give you real lifetime RS (opposite is however true). This is btw why I shill here 22bet/20bet/playamo/vave, they are the only new group who passed the 6 figs test for me as newbie, which is even stronger indicator that they are legit (for now).

One year ago SIA made a split between ON and non-ON. MY AM sent me a link to some form to apply for ON licence. I had no idea that I must fill this in to get my ON commissions initially. I filled it, but some weeks later. I got no response, so I though everything is fine. I was even emailing my AM, but no responses. Then I thought ok, Entain is kicking in.

Then suddenly came new AM early in this year. They were still paying commissions, but lower. I was sure that Entain already started to shave, but it was not the case yet. The problem was that they split ON and non-ON but they did not show it in stats.

It took many more months until July 2023, when the problems were already visible and my employee was sorting things out, when we figured out that actually for whole year they do not pay for Ontario and the new AM accidentally revealed in stats that all ON players were paid 0% for over a year.

We started to dispute this and with all delays, they successfully delayed everything, until the account is now closed completely (they call in "on hold" but we know this is end game by Entain).

I hope this explanation makes some sense. If I had known that I am not paid for Ontario, yes, I would have started to solve it sooner. Apparently the invisible Ontario split was their first robbery.

Now they closed first wave of accounts (if not all), they will continue until only some really stupid newbie idiots will bring them some very small traffic. Literally until the idiots will bring them at least the money to pay the AMs. They will also replace the higher paid AMs with some rookies.

Everything is already known how Entain works.

It was always this way. All the affiliate programs working out of Israel were very, very corrupt. Every one. Yes it is an Israeli problem. Yes, I am pro-Israel too, but the Israel-based businesses are all, without exception, total crooks in this business. I make that statement based on many years in this business (since 1998 and tearing my hair out every time I had to deal with any company based in Israel. I used to tell them all to be honest - that they would make so much more money by being honest. Obviously a waste of breathe. Yes, it is cultural - certainly as applied to the betting industry. It really doesn't help their wider reputation when you can identify thieves purely by culture. There are very good reasons why I can feel comfortable making a statement like that without being shown the racist card.

I spoke to owner of one big gambling network before about this and he wrote me now that he spoke to some people at Sigma and he was told that this problem is some KYC issue.

I doubt that. At least we can be amused by excuses.

In September 2023 we successful migrated our affiliate program to the Entain Partners platform from Income Access. For the past 5 months statistics, payments, marketing resources and account information have been available on Entain Partners, however we've maintained access to Income Access to aid in the transition. As of Monday Feb 19th, we will only be using Entain Partners as we will be sunsetting the use of Income Access.What does this mean for affiliates? If you've fully transitioned to Entain Partners, including updating your links there is nothing that you need to do. If you have any old Income Access links, those will no longer work as of Monday Feb 19th and you need to update to Entain Partners links. Any historical reports or data (pre-Sept 2023) that you want to capture from Income Access would need to be done before Feb 19th, however we have all historical data in our system as well.
