What's the WORST thing ever happened to you as an affiliate manager?

Tell me what's your story and I'll tell you mine. You just wont believe it !!

I cannot tell as AM, but I can say as an affiliate.

One sunny day , you just wake up and some of your aff. accounts get blocked or income erased due to "regulations" , "inactivity quota" or some other mumbojumbo things.

The last few years, I have lost a lot of players and affiliates account, but there is light in the tunnel
BTC , poker and many other territories excluind Europe, as we all know what and how is happening in Uk, Germany and many more new to come.

The light is this forum and the people who are giving and sharing constant help and advises.

But I can tell you have a winner attitude! That's how you get to be successful!!

I'm not an affiliate manager also but the most terrible time was when I have promoted a few brands, sent lots of traffic and FTDs and got NOTHING.
NOTHING from them.
Only ignoring.
And we still have not bad traffic to this brands but no revenue(

As an affiliate, I've also suffered the closure of a number of programs. A few years back, one of those said programs owed me a little over only $170, which I kept chasing up for a while. They couldn't be bothered paying it out and instead, decided to shamefully keep it for themselves.

Ugh, that's horrible but also sadly common, that's why I love this type of forums where we can expose all those sites.

You are right! but I've been in both sites of the coin, so I can totally understand

I feel ya! This business is really good, but everyone needs to be careful about who to do deals with :/
