Thanks for posting this and being upfront about minimums and costs....

I wish the minimums were a little lower, since it would help smaller affiliates more, but they are within acceptable limits and only slightly higher than some.

Are money orders for to USA Affiliates why are checks $15 and moneyorders free

The cost of processing has lately rised quite a lot and for example if we send a cheque for $100 the fees would not make it worth while on either side. The fees are set by accounting and fees range according to what deals we have with different providers. Note the company does not make a profit on any of the fees.
