Affiliate Program Response Time

I have wanted to post for some time on how long it takes to get a reply from programs you registered an account with. Often, you will receive a message that someone will get back to you within 48 hours. This can be rare and could take weeks or a few months, or they may never reach out.

Just today, I received messages from three programs, one from 3 months ago, another at six months, and after nine months, they reached out. These programs are looking foolish and certainly unprofessional.


What kind of experience is everyone receiving?

It is a very interesting thread. If you do not get replied in 2-3 days , you just forget what or where you have registered for

THis is too unprofessional ,if you want to get and acquire new partners, you have to reply within 24-48 hours or at least to start a correspondence.

Maybe some of the Affiliate managers are for a short period of time in the casino or bookies, and they are too into numbers and KPI's

If they never reach out, this is not serious at all. The game/ business we play in is for and about humanity and human relations , not to ignore people, delete their emails and pretend that you are number 1 with the existing base of affiliates you are having.

My affiliate managers usually respond to me in a timely manner and by that, I mean within 24 hours or roughly that length. As an affiliate, I won’t take account managers seriously, if they won’t make the necessary effort to at least show that they’re interested in a business partnership and want to find ways to build on that.
