    Default Affiliate tracking software

Looking for advice on cheap gaming related affiliate tracking software and opinions on them. Currently considering

    Affisa (currently considering)
    Traffic Solutions (also considering)
Income Access (a little pricey for my client)
MyAffiliates (great but once again pricey)
    Partner Matrix (not used before)
NetRefer (unsure about them as not used for a while).

    others... let me know.

I will definitely vote for My Affiliates.

Skip Income Access and Netrefer , there are plenty of thereads here in the forum for them.

Partner Matrix is a sister company of Everymatrix , not my kind definitely.

Not sure about operators' perspective (price, support, integration, etc), however, from Affiliate experience Income Access is the most user-friendly to me so far- can draw any type of stats/reports.

Income Access by far offers the best reporting but the pricing is a barrier here. Possibly down the road a consideration.

Myaffiliates -> great reporting, reliable! But IMHO more important very flexible and fast on custom built when required. Don't look at the standard package only. Have a chat with them (in case you haven't had one already) they can do some amazing stuff.

Netrefer is horrible nowadays. As an affiliate, I wouldn't join a program using netrefer.

If tracking is simple, then great. That is in fact all that is needed. Everything else is extra. And I saw IA, myaffiliates and netrefer failing miserably with tracking. I do not need anything just my signups that is it. Yet nobody can do such simple job. And IA for me is the worst from the big-sh1t-3.

There are programs that never lose signup. Bet365 or 5dimes. Why? Proprietary software.

for me, tracking mean that i know everything about the event.

my side: where the user came from? what was written on the CTA button? what device?
program side: signup and ftd are basics, when possible i want to know how much the user deposit? how many times? when he first deposit and when was the last time?

    why i think it's important?

first, as affiliates we need to know our player value and average deposit amount.

second, when dealing with CPA account you often got CPA baseline. i already had few accounts that the CPA baseline was not accumulated and the user deposit the baseline on the second deposit.

third, on revshare accounts its even more important. let say you got an active account with brand XXX with 50% revshare deal. you sent 10 FTD and got 40K on the balance. can you tell if the money on your account is from fresh players?

It is all totally irrelevant if the software tracking does not work. How many hours did you spend with testing the tracking? I am for sure way over 1000. Whoever is in 2020 solving other things than tracking is just nitpicking and chasing some ghosts who are not money. I am solving tracking problems with nearly everyone. And what I always hear: bbbut you are the only one complaining. Affiliates clearly do not do their job. Tracking is a black box for everyone, very few people check just the cookies, but even less people keep constantly checking what exactly the cookie does or doing some profound mystery signups. Pixel tracking kiss my shiny metal ass. Whole system is much more broken than you think.

    I agree.

it's impossible to test every link every day.
what we can do? track click to signup. i'm not talking about the program clicks, but internal system clicks. compare YOUR tracking system to the program clicks.

speaking on tracking. how many affiliates do you think track their payments? comparing the end of month reports to the actual payed amount?

I had a program that shows EUR on the report but pay with USD, I constantly had to contact the aff manager to adjust the amount. single program, almost 2K a year, that not much but that something.

    so track your payments too

You do not need to test every link every day and even that will not help you, because some links are fcked up just under some conditions, under certain time. After a lot of tests one can feel where and when something breaks up.

This is my main job. And I really wonder why other do not do that.

I do not track all payments. I track all mayor payments and BTC payments.

    Hey guys,

I wanted to drop my opinion as well. I hope it helps.

We are orginally a tunrkey gaming platform powering mainly regulated clients in Europe. Since recently we have launched our own casino brand - CasinoSinners.com

We have integrated Netrefer, MAP, Income Access and the I can say to you if thay most of them sit on quite legacy architecture.

Even though we have them integrated, we have decided to built our own as primitive as it can be, the most important thing is that it tracks well.

From there you have mainly reporting, we use Tableau for the visualization of date, so far so good.

So if you have the resources build it yourself.
