1. New affiliates that sign up and enter before the end of November 09 are eligible for the promotion.
2. Existing affiliates that do not have any special deal arrangement with Golden Hat Bingo and enter before the end of the month are eligible for the promotion.
3. Affiliates that wish to participate must contact the Golden Hat Bingo team to enter the promotion.
4. The £20 CPA is over and above your standard revenue share commission.
5.The qualifying CPA amounts will be calculated in the first week of January 2010 and combined with your earnings for payment.
