We wish to thank you again for your services and cooperation with Affilistars, and look forward to our continued work together.

As you know, the recent years have been challenging, on account of increasing regulatory burdens and costs, which adversely impacted, and will continue to adversely impact, the revenue and profit generated in the online gambling industry.

Although we have taken measures to reduce the abovementioned negative financial impact, and have succeeded to do so to a certain extent, this situation has affected us as well. This results, inter alia, from increases in costs that we are charged for by our third party suppliers.
Therefore, unfortunately and contrary to our wishes, we hereby inform you that we are forced to adjust the administrative fees and costs that are deducted from the net gaming revenue according to which your fees are calculated – from 20% of the net gaming revenue to 25% of the net gaming revenue.

The adjustment will enter into force for the fees to be paid in respect of February and onwards.
This adjustment will not apply to CPA fee models, but only to revenue share based and hybrid fee models.
