This company after having done work for a whole month to make a test contact us by saying that we do not pay due to the total of 1,200 euro consider why our traffic is encouraged.
Now our affiliated manager Fernanda or Fernanda C does not respond to our messages.
We as a company we trusted Italian but we were cheated. Please ask for help to be paid for our hard work.

I work with cpa for a mountly cpa test , for 200 euro for each cpa .

But today after we can make 10 registrations and 6 cpa we received this answer:

the Fraud department just closed the period, yesterday night. After that all of us receive a fraud check of all the leads

We have use email Marketing with our Gambling Emails DB.

Before we start to send the email I asked my affiliated manager Fernanda Carr if I could do email campaign and she said yes! Including all the conversations I have skype recorded on my PC.

Now tell me why they waited until now to stop me and say that I do not want to pay? Why now do not want and not have to pay for our work?

No offence mate, but every month we have brand new members sign up and post sob stories just like yours with regard to CPA and accounts being closed for fraud. The casino wants your business and if it was legitimate traffic they would pay you because they would want more decent traffic from you. If you are incentivising your traffic to sign up then that is fraud.

I think, that the best way - ask to Fernanda, to change all your players from
CPA to Revenue Share models. If your traffic is good, you make more money with you players
on Revenue Share then CPA. If you traffic is not good, affiliate program don't loose money.
So, i think this is win/win situation for both sides.

Regarding Antonio, I can tell that our legal department already contacted him in order to solve the issue.

We love good traffic and we are willing to pay for it. We also have a very long list of affiliates earning very high CPA on an ongoing basis with our two casinos.

I know it's really hard to prove incentivized traffic but our Fraud Department team has many, many years in the industry and can tell that his traffic matches the profile.

As Antonio requested, we are willing to post the deal details (Please note this details were already provided to Antonio by our Legal Department)

Antonio started to work with us on August 20, sending until yesterday 6 players. By the end of each period (yesterday) we run a fraud check on every player that joined our casinos and we found the following

Player 1: Deposited €40 on 8/20/2014 - Last log in 8/20/2014 - Required Baseline: €35 - €0 in balance, invalid phone number
Player 2: Deposited €50 on 8/21/2014 - Last log in 8/21/2014 - Required Baseline: €35 - €245.60 in balance, voice mail (17 calls)
Player 3: Deposited €50 on 8/23/2014 - Last log in 8/23/2014 - Required Baseline: €35 - €13 in balance, invalid phone number
Player 4: Deposited €50 on 8/26/2014 - Last log in 8/27/2014 - Required Baseline: €35 - €194.00 in balance, voice mail (13 calls)
Player 5: Deposited €40 on 8/26/2014 - Last log in 8/27/2014 - Required Baseline: €35 - €99 in balance, declined call (10 calls)
Player 6: Deposited €40 on 8/29/2014 - Last log in 8/29/2014 - Required Baseline: €35 - €93.11 balance, voice mail (6 calls)

We usually close this kind of accounts on the spot but since he insisted so vehemently that his traffic is legit we decided to double check all the leads and give a chance to the deal.

I pushed our Legal Department to offer switching to a RevShare deal that will include this players so as to cover the min test costs at least. As @Moonlight Cat mentioned:

There's no secret behind this, there's no intention to get our hands dirty. Not for this small amount of money or any other greater amount. First of all because it is not the way we (I) work. Second, knowing that newbie around can come and complain about whatever they feel like it.

Anyone in the industry knows that coming to this forum it's an easy way to complain and turning any claim into valid. I know that many trolls will be flying around this thread trying to get some kind of "personal satisfaction" bashing us out but, at this opportunity I won't be dealing with any of these.

Any of our affiliates can certify that we pay, even if in some cases the campaign wasn't that good we give time for NGR to go up, we give a chance to all our partners since they were the first to give us a chance trusting and promoting us. Play fair, we pay.

We still have a pending chat with Antonio tomorrow and I really hope that we can solve this issue in an amicable way.

I received phone call after phone call after phone call - sometimes during the day, other times in the middle of the night. Every single time, I declined the call and let it go to voicemail.

If I am playing at an online casino, I personally do not wish to be bothered with telephone conversation. My thought process was that if there's a need to contact me, send an email.

When signing up with other online casinos after that, I considered (but did not) putting in invalid phone numbers.

I'm not saying that I think the players were registered legitimately.

I'm also not saying that I think the players were registered under fraudulent terms with respect to the CPA deal.

I'm saying that not answering the phone, declining a call, and even putting in an invalid phone number is not something "out of the ordinary" from a player's perspective.

b) Money in balance but never logged in again (I won't be surprised if after this thread they log in again )
c) Static IP from the same provider for 3 of the players
d) 3 players have logged in from one IP, logged out some minutes later from another IP and the other way around
e) Only one of the players responded on chat

I am sure there's an explanation for all of this but, all together? Don't think so.

C & D I would consider valid reasoning to suspect fraud. E a possible supporting reason. B (last login) is also a supporting reason for suspicion (all in my opinion).

A (just above the baseline) is definitely not a reason to suspect fraud. Most people ask for an amount that is just "on the bus". Consequently, one gets what they ask for.

I do agree with others in this matter (generally speaking). Rev share or even a hybrid deal (with a small cpa and rev share) clears up most of the wondering.
