    Default AffUtd not paying commision

    Hi all,
A friend of mine who owns a not so successful website and had the luck to get a big whale who played big at william hill casino during the last 2 months of last year, total net gaming was over $60.000

Now affutd doesn't want to pay the commision for that whale.

Just to let you know this can happen. Another reason to go for big CPA deals and get any kind of players for William Hill.

You really shouldn't talk about people as "whales". I know what you mean, but high-roller seems a little more appropriate.

Has he had any response from AffUtd? Why isn't he posting about this hinself?

Also, there is nothing to say that you will get paid any quicker or more reliably by CPA. I am not talking about AffUtd hear, but I have heard horror stories about baselines being changed and players not being tagged with CPA deals, so its not all happy days with this method of payment.

Plus Net gaming on 60k is far more than a CPA.

But the bottom line is, whether its a CPA or a Revshare deal, and there is a problem with the banking, then the outcome will be the same - there will be a delay.

If you want I can try and have a word. pm me some details (username at AffUtd etc)

Yes, many answers, all saying "The financial department is looking into this", the answer received usually when they won't pay a cent.
He doesn't have an accout at gpwa, what is the problem? don't you think this can happen?

I say CPA because the problem I see here is paying an affiliate who has sent 3 players in 2 years that big amount, If the deal were CPA I am sure they'd paid on time whatever the player is a high roller or not.

Since they don't have a minimum quota on players they should pay him even if he only sent one player.

This. Which means its entirely possible that there is a problem with the actual bank details and they cant get the payment out. It could be something as simple as the account name they are paying to not tallying with the SWIFT code or something.

Affutd might not be the most popular program in the world, but now they rep William Hill and are white listed they cant actually refuse to pay. Stock prices, legally responsible under UK laws etc etc.

Like I say, if you pm me his user name I might be able to help (I'm ex Hills so have a few contacts - no promises though )

I find what TheBoyMitchell wrote pretty encouraging

I heard all the horror stories as well and I don't doubt that they are true but regarding payment, conversion and everything else that comes along with it I cannot say a bad word about CPAYS/AFFUNITED/WILLHILL.

I can say that they are far too pushy though

Also I would like to mention that they obviously cross promote pretty damn good. Every once in a while we notice a depositor at casinos like 21Nova and we do not have a single link or banner anywhere on the website. So that is a good thing.

Back to topic: I believe you will get paid. I mean... there are still a lot (or all )of the old "gang" working there but being WillHill now, they really can't affort to lose anymore rep.

You have got to be kidding me. Since you have worked there you have to have had insight to all the crooked deals, the shavings, the hidden baselines and the payments not paid.

Shame on you for defending them when it comes to payments, they are as crooked as they get and I speak from personal experience.

Oh stop it. I left there July 2009 and you still bang on at me as if I am responsible for all your problems.

Shame on you for trying to create a problem for others.

If moizez wants help then I am willing to try and help. You on the other hand only seem to pop up to bitch and moan. I wasnt anything to do with whatever problems you had, which if I remember correctly we before I was anything to do with them, which means you have been harbouring resentment for over 2 years.

Thats not healthy. Especially as since then they have gained White Listed status and taken on Hills (which is what I worked on, in the UK). You should let it go mate and stop derailing. In the same way that I dont know your problems, you dont moizez, so lets just deal with the facts on this and lets help moizez' mate get his money.

    Not disappeared, I am here

This issue began on December, so I don't think they will pay after too much time getting the same answer "Financial department is studying this, I will be back to you when we have something" Does it take so long? Doesn't my mate deserve an answer?

    You have a PM TheBoyMitchell.

I've been biting my tongue since this thread first appeared but I can't hold it any longer....

In my opinion, if an affiliate is owed money, and has a serious claim or complaint, he should take the time to come here himself and explain his issue. It costs nothing to join this forum, zip, zero! I have a very hard time taking this complaint seriously when the affected affiliate has not bothered to join the discussion but is relying on his friend to state his case on his behalf.

Why should the affiliate program, casino or this board take his claim seriously when he can't be bothered to take the time to look after his own business?

    Just my two cents....

I'll give you that Terry, which is why I posted about being here all the time and pressing F5 looking for a reply.

Anyway, Moizez has pm'd me, so lets see if I can get the wheels to spin.

I wont share the info between parties here as I dont think its appropriate, but I will share the outcome, and probably keep interested people in the loop with the developements (without the whole 'x is saying this and y is saying that' hoo haas).

    Hope thats Ok for everyone

The webmaster is my brother and I have a share of the website and the "not paid" money.

I can ask my brother to sign-up and upload the stats screenshots.

I used to hold a grudge, a big grudge but I outgrew it. When they got bought by Will Hill I though, oh hey, maybe they will stop being crooks. But they didn't. I have alot of affiliate friends who work with them despite my warnings and for most of them problems have occured.

One guy had a poker cpa deal with them, a low poker CPA deal of about $150-200 and he did a big newsletter with them which he knew would bring alot of players in a short amount of time. He sends the newsletter and check his stats about once an hour. First check shows 8, second 20, third 35 depositing players and on the fourth time his account was locked and his affiliate manager contacted him. So in the end he got paid for less than half of the players he sent since he did not bother getting any screenshots of the account and affutd simply claimed that there never were any 35 players and that his account was locked by accident. As if he is a crazy person or something.

I know for a fact that every pokerdeal they make has a hidden baseline in it of usually $50 which they never reveal to affiliates, I talk ofcourse of the smaller affiliate and not the big affiliates like pokerlistings who would kick them out faster than they could say cpays sucks when discovering something like that.

What pisses me off is that you, who got fired by these dicks continue to defend them and reply to threads such as this one that it's probably a "problem in finance".

Here is another example I witnessed for myself. A small affiliate who also brough just one player, a big player, his account was frozen so I was wondering why, looking at the correspondence I saw that this affiliate had sent numerous e-mails wondering why and ofcourse the reason was that they did not want to pay him his 30% when all he brought was one player. This was a few years back but clearly looking at this thread, they have not nor will they ever change.

Oh, and if he does get paid, its only because he complained in the forums. Reputation is worth more than the comission and they have a horrible one regardless of their so called "white listing" whatever that joke came from.

I didnt get fired - I was made redundant when they moved the operation out of London and over to Israel.

If you dont know the difference between being fired and redundancy then I would suggest that you probably dont know the difference between an honest mistake and a premeditated campaign to rip you off, so no wonder you are always moaning. Imagine how much more you could achieve if you thought the glass was half full eh?

Just to clarify - I dont know your issues, I was never your account manager, I have no idea who you are really- but like Moizez, and gamtrak before him, if people have problems like this with AffUtd then I will try and help if I am needed - I just dont see the point of being bitter all the time and burning your bridges which is why I still get on with a few of the people at Affutd, in the same way that I get on with most people (obviously there are always going to be a couple of people who dont like me/dont have time for me on these forums as there are a lot of people here and you just cant like everyone - thats life ).

There is a differance between being redundant and getting fired, but it's not a big one. Especially not with those people.

I don't want to burn all my bridges either but honestly, they continue to cheat affiliates how can I sit silently by and say nothing given what I know about the program?

And I am not being bitter, I just want to lookout for fellow affiliates who go to these croocks when there are about 90 other programs out there who do not cheat them.
