Exclamation Again PlayAttack affiliate program with its abusive terms and conditions

    Hi everybody!

Today I would like to tell you another not so "happy" story of PlayAttack affiliate program. It is again about PlayAttack terms and conditions. If I'm not mistaken, I think they had already published the history of this affiliate program.

My case. It turns out that in my PlayAttack affiliate program account since the beginning of this month (August) the balance is negative. Under normal circumstances it is normal, players usually win. However, it came to my attention that the negative balance was from last month (July) and also some negative amount from the current month was added.
Logically, I opened a ticket to the support with the request to explain me what happened. The message I wrote, I stated that I do not remember that the negative balance is carried over to the next month and that the terms of PlayAttack are absurd and abusive. And I also warned that I will share my story with all the webmasters on the forum.
I got the answer from a member of PlayAttack. The text of the message itself already from the beginning was written with signs of unfriendliness. With total disregard, the agent of PlayAttack pointed me to paragraph 10.14 of Terms and Conditions. Adding that already more than a year this condition. For those who do not know, in this paragraph it says that the minimum threshold for zero balance reduction is five (5) FTD in the applicable period. In my case it was only 1 FTD, and therefore the negative balance was carried over to the following month.
But the worst part was the end of the message. This manager (his name was not provided) has expressed his irony and total waste towards the community of webmasters of the forums, for example GPWA.

Look, dear colleagues, the story I have shared, unfortunately again shows the not very "friendly" attitude of some affiliate programs. In particular I have nothing against PlayAttack, however the prevailing and uneducated behavior of some of their employees shows the true image of this company. And what surprises me even more is that it is a GPWA forum sponsor and also has the Affiliate Guard Dog seal. I don't want to get into administration issues because it's not my place. But having a sponsor that has very abusive and "totalitarian" terms and conditions of their affiliate program, I would be a bit ashamed.

And I am also very annoyed by the arrogant attitude of some affiliate programs. We (webmasters) are a fundamental part of the online casino business, but they almost constantly look down on us and treat us like "slaves" and idiots, forcing us to comply with terms and conditions that only favor affiliate programs to a large extent.

My rhetorical question, what do we do? How long are we going to put up with such unfair behavior?

Share your stories and thoughts and I appreciate your attention!

your complaint here is totally without warrant. [would you buy a house or undergo surgery without reading the contract / information ? Seems the least you can do when money or health are on the line, no?]

lesson: negotiate a fixed deal with operators, with no moving goalposts... if they won't agree, - tell them to f*ck off. very simple.

[sorry - I know not the reply you *wanted* (that's life), but I am sure I am not the only one sick of seeing absurd, baseless threads here. ]

    Hi!
Yes, you are right about the first thing. This was 3 or 4 years ago, and unfortunately I have not read the terms well. In actuality the first thing I do and therefore reject many programs.
And about negotiating a fixed deal with the operators. The words of a manager are not valid at all, there must be an official document (the terms and conditions that each affiliate program has).
However the affiliate program can write the text of their terms and conditions at any time when they want.
Usually in this case it has to notify all affiliates, but some affiliate programs do it without notice.
And if you're sick and tired of seeing the absurd threads, then simply don't read it. The forum here is about sharing and helping on issues that may also seem absurd. Be a little more tolerant.

Hello everyone, let's clarify the curious situation.

So, you asked us a question and received an answer with a link to the rules. You didn't want to start negotiating about a deal with full NNCO or any other polite conversation, but you immediately began to accuse us of these "not very friendly" (as you said) conditions and promised to tell everyone about it, although those t&c are available to everyone in the public https://playattack.com/terms-and-conditions/

Also, this t&c are relevant for years.

We are sorry that you are upset, but it all depends on you.

    Regards,
    PlayAttack team
