With AI-generated content becoming more and more prevalent, every time I see a video, image, news article, or blog post, I have to stop and wonder if it was created by AI. I even have to figure out whether the people I’m chatting with online are real people—it’s starting to feel pretty creepy.

For now, I don’t feel resentful toward AI; I don’t see it as something harmful in itself, but rather as a tool used by people with the power to make decisions that affect others on a large scale.

I don’t really resent AI itself, but I do think the constant uncertainty online is getting exhausting. Every photo, article, or even conversation now comes with that little moment of “was this made by a real person?” and that definitely changes how people interact with the internet. AI can be incredibly useful, but when it’s used to mass-produce fake engagement, generic content, or bots pretending to be human, it starts to erode trust. Ironically, I think it’s also making genuinely human, imperfect content feel more valuable again because people are craving authenticity.

The problem with this is that, if enough site have the wrong information, AI may well say the incorrect information is correct.

It's relatively easy to spot AI because it tends to use similar/same patterns in everything. The first time you run across something it might go unnoticed, but by the tenth time of "it's not this it's that" you're plenty familiar with it. It gets boring fast. Same applies to the AI generated videos, with the same flow in each one.
