Antigua and Barbuda lawyer Mark Mendel says that the Caribbean nation will "soldier on" in the arbitration phase of its dispute with the US over Internet gambling.
Mendel believes that Antigua will be entitled to more than the $21 million awarded by the WTO and says that limiting the scope of the ruling to the horse racing industry was "completely wrong."
