Honestly I cannot recall your email. I checked all my emails from 21.05.2014 and I couldn't find any email which may be associated with you. Are you sure you send to the correct address?

problem is solved. It seems that I mixed something up with the payment methods and didnt notice that I already got paid to noxwin players account.
Just would like to add, that noxwin paid me on same day when I requested payout. So it was NO real payment issue. Thanks
