    Default any good gambling banner exchanges ??

    i've tried a few banner exchanges with gambling websites without much success.

    one wouldn't show my banner and never responded to my emails.

    the next one i tried somehow put a malicious code onto my site and seemed to be redirecting traffic.

    are there any decent banner exchanges out there ??
