Profit and loss can vary dramatically. What is the deposits and turnover like for you?
I'm seeing about 20% down on December.

Active users, deposit amount and Number of deposits down about 10% from last month.
Turnover and revenue slightly up.
Swings and roundabouts, could just be a January lull in users who are experiencing January skintness after xmas.

Certainly a possibility maybe the large majority of my stats were made up by a few hardcore gamblers and they've all decided to give it up at the same time. The dramatic drop is worrying though, I've experienced drop before but nothing like this at all. I would rather my players win because at least then I'd know they were still actually active, as it stands its completely dead.

1st of Jan after I agreed to the new terms my account went minus £18,000!! Previously worst ive ever had is -£900 ish

Spoke to affiliate manager reply was might take some time to get out of that bit of a coincidence tbf
