Hello all!

My name is Kristian Ingvarsson and im working as affiliate manager for WWG limited. Before i will go into this conversation i would like to thank Maria Florides for all support and all hard help you did to me to make us get back our money from Madmoney.

So the story starts with that we are affiliate network that did working with streamers before and did have very successful cooperation with a lot of operators out there but there is one operators that stopped to paying us once we stopped the traffic to them which is Madmoney casino.

We did never have this kind of problems with any other operator and still do not have it only Madmoney. For us we do not speaking about low amount of money, we speaking about amount around 8k and more.

After been hunting them for insane while i finally did manage to catch one manager and got some answer ( with help from Maria). I did request to get our money from them but they could not pay us full amount because of the war etc so they did agree on some payment per month. Now we got a very small payment from them last month and the contact is broken again, i have send around 10-15 emails to them and Maria have reached out but as normally, there is some small contact from their end with Maria but no contact with me or some payment incoming..

Is there anybody else that has this problem with this operators?

Also i want to apologize for my english, it is not the best one!

Nope, never heard of them. Gaming license from Curacao, payment agent registered in Cyprus, I wouldn't expect much from them. Do you guys not do a background check on your partners in terms of reliable licenses?

And by working with streamers, is this where streamers pretend to play with their own money, NOT disclosing it's actually a free account from the casino and all wins/losses are void and lie to their audience NOT disclosing any of that?

How does the war play into this? No being able to pay 8k because of the war sounds silly.

Thank you so much for your replay.

We did work with twitch like 1 year ago, what i have seen until now on twitch , things have changed a lot on the platform. The streamers we did work with did play with really money. However we did not make any backgrund check unfortunaly on them, however we did work with over 15+ operators withe the same licenses as them also and still 1 year later getting our revenue share paid without any problems.

Madmoney is the only casino operator we did have these problems with and where we need to hunt them for our money insane much and long time.

Rest of the casino operators paying us regularly.

My goal were not to put some bad words on anyone, just want our earnings from them, which we did signup for and agree on to get once we did send them traffic.
