I've found some of our content on these websites and some plain text URLs, but I'd like to speak to them about properly linking us, even if it is nofollow. I can't seem to find any way to contact them on their website however?

Thanks Shay. I forgot the obvious play here. It seems many of the sites Ive found thus far with this content, or variations there of, are associated with Bath Rock Media. I've now located the guys email address and Skype, but he hasn't responded yet.

I'd skip the pleasantries and either send him a cease order by post or file a DMCA.

Thank you very much casinobonusguy. I'm not upset that they reworded our articles, I'm completely OK with it in fact. All I want is the proper credit (some links) for our efforts. In 2 of the 3 articles I've found on their various sites the URL of the story is in plain text and on the 3rd it's simply not there at all.
For someone like us, those links would help to justify the cost of our writing staff. Beating everyone to the punch and posting articles first means I have to have people ready to write at the drop of a hat (or do it myself at times!), and that isn't particularly cheap!
Links would be greatly appreciated and the only form of compensation needed really
