Looks like no one else got paid yet either.

I am so tired of these guys and their excuses on late payments that I am pulling them.

BettingPartners are (almost) up to date with us- just waiting on Novembers payment. I've found them a pretty good site with work with overall.

But you are right that they've been struggling to keep to a consistent payment schedule.
Their payment speed has ranged from 15 days out to 59 days this years - with an average wait time of 33 days to get paid this year.

They are polite, I'll give them that.

    Their conversions are good...

But I like to get paid in a timely manner and not get jerked around about when I am going to get paid.

I don't mind a few late payments... but NEVER knowing when your going to paid is more than I can deal with.

Also the attitude I get from the AM's is "it's only a few days, whats the big deal?" (their 'few days' can be as long as a few of weeks)
Well it is a big deal, I run a business and I am expected to pay my bills on time.
The people I owe money too, don't care about bettingpartners payment problems... they just want their money on time... just like me.

I am in the process of finding a replacement for bp, I should have their stuff all down in the next couple of days.

Any programs that pay on time, please feel free to contact me about picking up this traffic.

I got paid... It's all good now.

After further consideration, I will continue to keep working with Bovada.

I have been an affiliate for a year, I have been advertising their content for the entire year. They will not pay because I am in NY but they never stated that. I have not had the problem with other sportsbooks.

Is is in their terms of service that affiliates residing in NY will not be paid? (prior to today)

I didn't look; when it said accepting USA players I thought that implied all USA states. I should have been more thorough when signing up. It is just very frustrating when I have been advertising and hopefully they will accept NY.

Nothing in their T&C's about any state restrictions.

i just check too, it doesn't say anything in their terms. I should have done better research before joining but I didn't know that some books are not allowed to specific states. It is a shame because I like their platform and their widgets.

    Default Payments

    Hi Everyone,

Just to clarify, yes unfortunately due to processing restrictions imposed on us by our payment processors, we are unable to make payments to persons or bank accounts located in New York, Maryland and Washington State.

We do however want to work with partners in finding solutions for those of them that are located in those states.

Can you please contact support[at]bettingpartners.com? We will work with you to figure out a way to ensure you are paid your earnings.

    Best regards,

    Betting Partners Support

I know that people from NY cannot play nor be paid as an affiliate. Not sure about the other states.

No they can't. Neither can anyone outside of the USA.
This should be a regular question you ask you AM for any USA-facing company.
I ask regularly as they tend to update restricted states without informing affiliates. For a long time Utah was excluded but nobody at bettingpartners said anything when it changed. Of the other companies, Maryland is often the sole exclusion (sometimes you have to drag that fact out of them).

    Hi Guys,

Just to clarify, Bovada.lv serves the USA with the exception of the states of New York and Maryland. Bodog.eu serves only to Canada and Slots.lv services both Canada and USA with the same state exceptions of New York and Maryland.

We always inform partners of such changes, so please ensure that you have the most up to date e-mail address in your Betting Partners account, as this is how we inform partners with regards to updates of our partner brands.

As always if you have any other questions or concerns please contact your account representative or support[at]bettingpartners.com

    Happy Holidays!
    Betting Partners.

    So Washington is now accepted?

UPDATE: I have had it confirmed by the affiliate dept that Washington is now accepted (since September)

I like Bovada and bettingpartners but you have never informed affiliates about this. That is why I regularly ask my AM about it and probably why the other guy in this thread promoted Bovada unaware of any exceptions. It is crucial we do know this information so that our websites aren't sending people to you that then get rejected and so we can hopefully send you more players when a restriction is lifted.
