Hi guys,

I am very sorry that there are still a few accounts that di not receive a commission- please get back to me by email with your ID so I can escalate this to finance.

Alexm- it is an issue (i don't have an explanation unfortunately) with just a few accounts.
Pokeribonus - again, i am escalating all issues to the finance and the cases are solved 1-1 as per previous complaints were solved.

I am sending the request one more time- please let me know if you haven't received it within a few working days!
