    Have you had replies from the email address you are emailing them from before?

    I know sometimes I have emailed programs and they haven't received and email (so they say.....) from one address but did from another.

    Yes, I tried to contact them from another email address too, but no answer.

    Until now i used a bank account of a friend, on his name, was ok, now as the bank changed the IBAN when i updated the IBAN on my account i received a message from bet telling me that they can't send my payments to a bank account of other person, should be my bank account on my name owner of bet 365 affiliate account.
    My question is why until now was ok, and if I had not changed the IBAN it was ok...

    Stricter rules and regulations I guess.

    Try resending it - I had the same problem a month or two ago, resent the invoices and got paid within 2-3 days. Sometimes they miss a few invoices unintentionally.

    I received an answer, "It is due to be sent for approval this week so I would expect it to be paid early next week".
    I can't receive payments to player account, player accounts are forbidden in my country, i used in the past when was not forbidden.

    I am proceeding on absolutely the same way. My advice would be if the company is available in your country to send your payments to the bet365 player account and from there - to do the transfer to the bank account.
