    Default Anyone Worked With casinopartners365?

    Hi,

Seen that casinopartners365 were looking for affiliates, paying 200euros CPA. I got signed up, done all the usual stuff, however due to being stung from affiliates in the past I only sent it to a handful of segmented users on my mailing list. The first link they signed up with never had the option for United Kingdom, so I had some users email me back - I sent them back the UK sister site and had emails to confirm that worked.

Checked the next day and it seems the clicks were tracking from the users, but the deposit was not. I contacted the affiliate manager, and to be fair they weren't very friendly and not too responsive. They told me to signup and check the registration worked by creating a test user, which I did and that never tracked. They have then said "oh some of the links don't work", so I asked which ones do, and they said they don't know just test a few... So, I gave another one a test and still no joy - clicks are tracking, but not signups. I've asked them but they're saying they are 'testing'. So, I said I've had feedback from my user list of several people signing up, can you confirm. They confirmed the users have signed up, deposited and wagered but are not wanting to pay because it's not tracked.

Anyone have any experience with them?

Uh, nothing wrong (for some dudes infesting forums): fake/pirate games, players complaints, persistent presence on hacked websites... missing signups/deposits (as you stated). Gentlemen.

Ermmm.... that sounds warning signs straight away. They're now saying its issues with their system, with their responses every 2-4 hours, unlike other affiliate managers who you can't get rid off haha.

One to avoid in my opinion, if your links don't track whats the point in giving them free traffic. They don't seem to bothered either!!!

    Whoa.....

So you discovered an issue with links and they only admitted to the issue when you provided some proof (sounds recently familiar)

They admitted to the issues with some links but have done nothing to fix or remove the links that do have issues and they have not provided you with links they guarantee do work....and "appear" to have all intention to let all other affiliates use links they know for a fact do not necessarily track signups/deposits.

This is more than risky behavior on their part, it borders on down right STUPID and some will even go further and use the "R" word.

Ok I'll say...it is ROGUE behavior.

I've received a couple of emails from them but didn't sign up.

Basically yes! They asked me how I can prove it, and said it must of been a fraudulent signup if I knew the person signed up. I then explained it was a small mailing list of people that were interested in slots, and several people replied back to the email to ask questions. It's a shame their CPA is quite good, but from the feedback I got, the site was fairly rubbish anyway.

So happy I never sent to my full mailing list, I'd of gone sick if I were missing thousands

Just an update on the situation. I spoke with one of their managers and kind of put my mind at ease, he was really helpful in fact. Provided me with updated links etc and is going to look at the missing signups. I'll see how it goes and keep you updated. Thanks for all the great feedback

Further Update: To be fair to them, they have actually gone above and beyond in sorting out the issue out for me. They've now credited me with the untracked referrals - I've worked with other affiliates whom have just ignored me when there has been an issue, and I've been left without my earnings, but credit where credit is due, they haven't just ignored the issue... and it's now resolved.

I'm going to put my faith in them now that they have reassured me and going to continue to promote them on the website and via my mailing lists. Hopefully works out well as there CPA is quite generous.

Sounds good that they are going out of their way and willing to try and work things out for you.

I would still encourage caution to anyone else, and test all the links, of they offer others links that do not track as they did not track for matchedbetting before he complained about it then at least affiliates have more foresight of possible issue in advance.

It may also be that the issues discovered will be worked out for all in the future so it still remains to be "test and verify" to be sure.
