Default Ignite Bingo Affiliates unable to track mobiles

Ignite Bingo affiliates are unable to track mobile traffic. Let me clarify my statement. Some of their brands such as (Costa Bingo) have a mobile landing page. This is not what I am referring to.

Their affiliate tracking software consistently fails to track mobile visitors (iOs, Android, Windows Phone - it matters not). The result of this failure to acknowledge and credit mobile traffic is a loss in income and FTD count for affiliates.

This is a problem we've been mentioning for the better part of six months. My understanding is that they claim that the issue has been resolved. However, I assure that is not the case. Tracking across mobile platforms is not happening (based on both observation via our website statistics and based on "test clicks").

Unless you count my efforts to reduce our exposure to the Ignite Bingo brands - there's been no news and no movement on their mobile tracking issues.

And still more mobile traffic that Ignite failed to track.

I've already dropped this group as far as I can without removing them from my sites. Maybe it is time to change the links and send my traffic to their competitors?

Thanks for all this shay, it is a group that I will likely not even bother looking at based upon this.

We've been complaining to this group for well over a year that their software was not tracking mobile visitors. A few months ago, we were told that the issue was resolved --- it was not. Their version of solved was adding a mobile friendly landing page. While the landing page was an improvement to user experience for mobile users, if the affiliate software cannot track mobile clicks/visitors/players, then it does my business no good.

We have worked with Ignite for the majority of our affiliate careers and considering they own an affiliate business themselves, one would think they'd be on top of these tracking issues.

I can confirm that many mobile devices still do not track through their affiliate platform. Anytime this is brought to their attention, they either act as if it is the first time the issue has been mentioned, or they act as if they thought it was fixed. That is one of the reasons I began posting on here about their tracking issues, so that there is some sort of public "log" regarding this tracking issue.

Other somewhat similar white labels have no problem with mobile tracking - be it the ones using IA or using the standard "out of the box" DF Affiliate platform. I do not understand why they (Ignite) cannot track & credit mobile traffic - especially after this was brought to their attention time and time again.

Another member has confirmed by PM that they too find Ignite is failing to track mobile visitors, crediting neither click, signup, or deposit.

Considering the length of time we've been bringing this fact to their attention, Ignite do not seem to be in a hurry to resolve the issue - which means less money in affiliates pockets and more in theirs.

Did a test last night --- mobiles are still untracked by this affiliate program despite their addition of multiple new brands. Instead of spending time, money, and resources creating new skins and marketing - fix your foundation.

Did yet another test yesterday - this time on Fancy Bingo --- ten clicks sent by mobile --- zero clicks tracked.

Rio Bingo & Sing Bingo also failed the mobile click test.

    Hi Shay,

I have come across the same issue. Some sites on ignite Bingo network are not tracking the mobile and tablet players. I have sent them proof but they say they don't find any problem. On top of that, they claim that no other affiliate has reported any tracking issue. Not sure what to do.

Drop them completely, and send them a link to this thread and ask why they said no one else has complained?

I gave up on them, as four months of them playing dumb was enough for me. A year later and they're still singing the same tune to you tells me I made the right choice.

I already sent them the link of this thread. They said, its an year old and now the problem is sorted. Although, I am in talk with them to get this fixed. If not, then have to drop them until tracking issue gets fixed.

I suggest you see for yourself if they've resolved the issue. With a fresh mobile browser, click one of their links to see if it is counted in the clicks. I would try this with multiple mobile platforms. If the clicks register then odds are they are being truthful that the issue has been fixed. If the clicks do not register (they did not when we brought the issue up a year and a half ago), then they've surely done little to nothing in actually fixing the issue.
