I suppose it is some moneylaundering issue from mafia. But 1500 betting shops? Were there so many illegal shops in Italy? Were they legal betting shops somehow involved? 2 billions of EUR... it might be the whole crippled Italian betting market / year (just guessing).

It must have been legal shops I guess. Also the online casino was a legal, licensed (Maltese license) one...

I guess so. This is btw. another reason why to stay hidden. Most people outside of industry think about anyone involved in gambling and making decent money to be part of **** like that. Today not everyone is looking at domaintools while checking your profile, but in few years it might be automatic.

I meant something else. I have recently problems with bank wires for example. When I withdrew money as dividends from my company, so during due diligence I said that the company has gambling AFFILIATE income. And there is the problem with account block... I usually say it is just advertisement income, but I gave it a try, because I wanted to test if I am too paranoid. Sadly I am not. Originally Posted by Triple7
