I am getting in touch with an update regarding our current Aspire Global brands. As you will be aware, Aspire Global is leaving the UK market this summer and so our brands Dream Jackpot, Red Casino, 666 Casino, King Casino & MrLuck will be closing on the network in stages over the coming weeks in preparation for a relaunch on a new license provider. Therefore, please look to temporarily pause/hide any current marketing you have live in the meantime that these processes take place.

With that, for players already sent through you will continue to generate your commission up until the brands close on the old network, and any pending balances will be carried forward. The sites mentioned will then be relaunching on an alternative network in the coming weeks; starting afresh for all departments as player accounts will not be transferring between the two networks. The new home is that of a brand new UKGC license! Therefore, no other brands currently reside on this meaning we expect to see great things on conversion/performance; especially given the fact that we will be managing this license inhouse rather than as a whitelabel partner.

Once the brands are up and running and we have been given the go ahead to restart marketing, we will get back in touch and provide updated brand information (e.g. welcome offer, operator, payment methods, etc.) should you wish to get the brands back live! We will also be requiring updated KYC documents to ensure all accounts which promote the brands are fully up to date and compliant due to this license being inhouse – this is a process we’ve started already so please expect to hear from us in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, without the updated KYC and approval from our inhouse compliance team we would not be able to go back live with the brands on this license with yourself. As another important note, please be aware that when these brands do go back live, it will be for the UK regulated market ONLY, therefore if you are marketing the sites in any other geos we kindly ask you to stop these promotions as of this notice and remove the brands from any non-UK facing pages or pages featuring non UKGC brands.

In addition, our reporting system for the brands will be changing from EUR to GBP – this change has been applied from the 1st of May on Dream Jackpot and Red Casino and will apply to King Casino, 666 Casino and MrLuck from the 1st of June. Numbers from prior months will remain in their EUR amount, however, please be aware the currency symbol will show as ‘£’ due to this change. Before going back live we will ensure all commission plans are updated accordingly where needed so that they align with this currency change.

As a last note, unfortunately we do not currently have plans to migrate the brand Slotzo to a new home, therefore as it stands, this brand will be closing when Aspire Global exits the market.
