    Default Jets Defeet Pats

What do ya know?? I'm neither a Jets or a Patriots fan, but I am a football fan, so watching this game was fascinating on so many levels.

Patriots had been crowned champions even before the game began, so that automatically made me pull against them even more.

Wes Welker being benched for his "feet" comments was hilarious, but it showed that the Jets were already in the Pats heads before the game began. Of course, the Jets played a brilliant game, not allowing those receivers a free release, and covering those slot receivers. Great game plan, with the players to execute it. Even Mark Sanchez showed up for the party!!

Bet Coach Ryan will be giving out a foot rub tonight!!

After Rex Ryan's wife, Jenna posted a "foot fetish" video on the internet, it was open season for a while. So to retaliate against the Jets' vebal attacks against the "untouchable" Tom Brady, Wes took it upon himself to use his press conference to fire some shots back by making a lot of "foot" refernces. - http://voices.washingtonpost.com/ear...oes_the_l.html

Bill should have worried more about how to attack the Jets' defense and less about Wes' comments in the presser.

It seems Bret Favre has turned in his retirement papers to the NFL...Do you really think he won't change his mind come August?

Really thought that the jets would keep it close but lose in the end. The only bet I felt comfortable with that game was the Jets +9. None the less this weekends NFL playoff games weren't as exciting as last weekends.

Read that he [Farve] submitted his retirement papers to the NFL today.

As for the Jets, they put their foot in the pat's arse! I was shocked at how well they played the 1st half but was a touch worried in the 3rd and 4th. Made for some good sweat though. Hope they kick stiller butt next week. They are waaayyyy overdue for a trip to the big dance.

Crazy playoffs so far. I'm going to say the 6 seed Packers are heading to the Super Bowl with the Steelers. Steelers Super Bowl Champs!

Seems that the New York Jets' trash talking works this time I want to see how they can take that to the AFC Championship game.
